OUR OVERAGERS

The New Hamburg Firebirds would like to announce our 2005 Overage-Age Players for the 2026/27 Season.

Returning to the Nest is Deklan Jermol, Josh Soulliere, Stephen Peppas, and Cohen Van Zuilen. These players bring veteran experience, and Championship History to our line-up, and we are excited to have them back with us.

We would like to welcome 4-Year Jr B/GOHL Veteran, Damon Radley, to the Nest. Damon brings a strong, physical presence to our back-end, and we are extremely excited to have him.

Rest peacefully, Bryan Pfaff - Forever a part of our Firebirds Family and Community❤️

The New Hamburg Firebirds are deeply saddened by the passing of Bryan Pfaff.

Bryan has been an integral part of Junior Hockey in New Hamburg, for over 60 years. Bryan was a part of the New Hamburg CL Roth’s from 1959-62, winning an All-Ontario Championship in 1960-61. After his playing days, Bryan joined the Executive, where he was a Member from 1983-1993, and was a viral part in keeping Junior Hockey in New Hamburg. After that, Bryan has been a dedicated member of the Booster Club.

Beyond just lending a hand, or wanting to help wherever he could, Bryan was truly our # 1 Fan, for the Firebirds, Huskies, and Wolverines.

Bryan will be greatly missed by our Firebirds Family, and Community.
